FACT: Jodi Is Going Strong!

It was an active year in real estate! Homes are selling and more buyers are looking! It was one of my top years in a real estate during a time the news is 'doom and gloom' about selling a home. The buyers are excited about the historical low interest rates and home values. Our inventory is down significantly which is helpful for the sellers in popular areas and price-points. The time is now!

FACT: Referrals Are The Key To My Business

90% of my business in 2011 has been past-client referrals, lender referrals and fellow-realtor referrals (who have left the business). A great indicator that my past clients and those in the business have confidence in my ability.

A challenging real estate market means finding more creative ways to market a home, pricing a property to encourage an offer, understanding the additional lender requirements for a buyer, appraisal changes to address for both the buyer and seller, and assisting my clients concerns along the way. This is a time to be patient and not throw money at every concern especially when you are the seller. Every real estate transaction has different emotions for both the buyer and seller. My approach is to understand the nature of each parties situation, what is most important to them and what their goals are. Each situation has to offer different ways to get the end results for each client.

FACT: Jodi Wants To Be Better For 2012!

Recently, I've taken the steps to create a great team to provide better service to my clients. With the additional demands of each real estate transaction this was a necessary move. The need of an additional real estate professional was the answer. My colleague, Erin Fester, has been in real estate for over 8 years and will be part of assisting me with all our clients. There are no additional costs to the client though they will have 2 professional, full-time real estate agents working for them! What a great year this will be!
